Sales CoordinatorJob Location : UAERequirements :
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in Sales coordination or relevant role (Any Industry)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Microsoft Excel and Word skills are a must
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Responsibilities :
  • Manage Purchase orders, LPO, etc.
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Record sales and order information, send copies to the sales office, or enter figures into a computer system
  • Feed future buying trends back to employers
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
