- Registrations & renewals of AA – EMS across all Government , semi government , military departments and organizations.
- Identifying & mapping business strengths and customer needs , tracking changes & trends in Market place and activities of competitors
- Strengthen and improve Al Arabia EMS market share and market coverage in the assigned UAE market
- Establishing & Increasing customer base, generating new customers and maintaining a very healthy relationship with existing customers. Get regular feedbacks from customers regarding our product and services.
- Responsible to achieve individual sales targets, maintain profit margins and KPI’s
- Able to review tender, check for any deviations, analyze and select suitable product from the manufacturer's product range to meet the customer requirement
- Preparing estimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for the quotations sent, attend technical/commercial meeting with clients, negotiate and finalize the order with the clients.
- Reviewing subcontract terms ( contractual & financial) , Submit technical submittal, shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up for approval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.
- Maintain cordial and friendly relationship with clients/ consultants/ contractors.
- Coordinate with factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities.
- Order placing to factory after receiving approvals to drawings, technical submittal and finishes and follow up with factory for material shipment.
- Coordinate with other departments for any support functions required for normal sales activities.
- Transfer the file to Installation Department with all the necessary requirements as per adopted procedures.
- Continue to support Installation Department while project is ongoing according to their need and maintain relationship with client for securing future projects
- Coordinate with local suppliers if required for sales related activities.
- Find new suppliers for products that are not available or not competitive.
- Continue to develop the knowledge of applicable international standards and local regulations relative to the domain of work
- Handling of Key Accounts
- Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when required basis.

- Advanced user for Windows Operating System - Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidates with working knowledge on AutoCAD are preferred.
- Fluent English and excellent grammar and correspondence skills
- Arabic language speaking is a plus
- Ideal Candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
- Candidates for this position should have great coordination and communication skills.
- Candidate should possess UAE driving license and own a car.
