- Greet customer and advises customer on products and services whilst carrying out cross selling of products and services across the service station ensuring the provision of a friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve all Oasis cafe drinks and food items to the highest standards of quality; ensuring customers have a pleasant experience and created customer loyalty to the brand.
- Handle cash securely and accurately in line with defined protocols.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure consumables items (e.g. sugar and napkins) are replenished throughout the day.
- Perform smooth handover to next shift including the following to support continuous operations. Operational Administration Maintain clean and hazard free site premises, facilities and equipment, in line with the defined policies.
- Replenish food and beverage machines and reflect accurate goods pricing as per the defined instructions.
- Process payments and handles scanning/ pricing problems, whilst escalating matters beyond the authorities provided to obtain timely resolutions. Assist Field Merchandiser in all requested operations, including stock taking, revising quality, quantity and expiry of products delivered and obtain authorization for refunds/exchanges.
- 4 years of experience working in F&B outlet or independent coffee shop. Trained to the required Food Safety and Hygiene standards to work in the Cafe section
- Skilled as a ‘barista’
