Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Assist with general office tasks and projects as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle inquiries and requests from visitors and staff
