- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all time
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- To complete all relevant documentation and comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance.
- Participate in marketing promotions and on-campus activities by coordinating and participating in them.
- Prepare plans, lease offers, and other documents related to new and existing tenancies.
- Solve problems of clients by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Ensure that all sales and leasing staff are well trained and encouraged in order to meet the company's revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Build a strong and long-lasting customer relationship with both the buyers / sellers and other agents.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven work experience of a minimum of 4 years, being a successful sales manager in the real estate industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership quality
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Must have U.A.E. Driving License and own car
