• The General Manager is a member of the UAE'S Leadership Team and is responsible for directing, growing and managing the business operations in Dubai.
• Leading the local management team, to enhance efficiency through setting clear goals, processes and direction for the agency, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive and innovative work culture.
• The General Manager will be the focal point of responsibility and escalation for both the agency and clients to facilitate the smooth and optimal operation of the client/agency agreements.
