Maintain an organized filing system both electronically and in hard copy.
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored securely.
Coordinate document retrieval and distribution as needed.
Assist in document review, revision, and approval processes.
Monitor document changes and updates to ensure version control.
Generate reports and summaries of document activity as requested.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of document control procedures and regulations.
