Job Description: Real Estate Consultant Whether you're an experienced broker seeking a fresh opportunity or looking to enter the Real Estate Market, its time to unlock your potential as a Real Estate Sales/Rental Specialist. You will be at the forefront of the Dubai real estate market, utilising your expertise to match clients with their ideal properties. Your role will involve networking, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing top-notch advice and service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.Job Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties
Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current market trends
Negotiate deals and agreements on behalf of clients
Develop marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
Manage property listings and ensure accurate and timely updates

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations (provided)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous sales experience
Strong work ethic
Full driving license
Sufficient funds for relocation to Dubai
