Senior Associate - Rewards

- Follow all relevant Rewards policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Implement activities under minimal supervision
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
- Collect and analyze data for the periodic audit of different countries and companies to ensure that all compensation practices are in compliance with group policy
- Conduct frequent audits on the organization's salary structure and benefits provision and provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group's salary practices
- Analyze statistical data and reports and generate summaries to the CHRO
- Coordinate with Regional HR Managers to ensure data and information accuracy
- Develop appropriate tools to facilitate data storage and transfer (excel files)
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group's alignment with market trends
- Participate in the development of the job evaluation scheme
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure that the difference in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
- Consolidate the Performance Appraisal financial results for Management
- Champion the coordination with other Specialists in the HR Team
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
- A Master's degree in Analytics or a similar principle
- A Minimum of 5 years experience of which at least 2 years must be in rewards consulting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Expertise in Rewards Function, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools - Power Bi
- Experience in Project Leadership
- Retail Industry Knowledge
