- The role includes achieving growth targets as per company expectation, evaluating distributor performance, and developing and executing go-to-market and strategic sales growth plans.
- Develop a Joint Business Plan with each distributor, to include business objectives, trade marketing plan and success measures to create a strong relationship with the account and a point of difference vs. competition.
- Create and provide forecasts and sales analysis to relevant departments, negotiation of pricing, margins and supporting the brand image and values in store.
- In addition to building on existing FMCG relationships, you will be responsible for opening new doors, creating new business opportunities and relationships to deliver business growth.
- You will enjoy being an integral part of the business and NPD launches, using your knowledge of the market, customer buying trends and needs, in the creation and planning of new ranges.
- Previous experience at a National Account Manager or Category Manager level. Must have existing retail and distribution contacts.
- Minimum 5 years account management within the Beauty industry
- Must be KPI and target driven
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- Be a high-energy salesperson who is comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
