- Develop and implement comprehensive IT PMO plans and processes for overseeing, coordinating, and reporting on the IT programs progress and development
- Establish/Develop and implement comprehensive IT PMO plans and processes for the PMO internal project management, release management/user stories/requirements management, user acceptance testing, communications management, user guide technical writing, and tier 2 help desk support functions
- Work directly with the SGS Program Managers/Directors, Make Excellence and Project Management leads interact frequently with the central functions in Plan, Source and Deliver in the development of Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results
- Take the lead in ensuring that the projects/programs have effective processes in place to identify, monitor and resolve issues and risks.
- Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology and to develop the project agenda and ensure agreement/adoption of project objectives/deliverables by all affected stakeholders.
- Identify project resource requirements and align with plan sponsors to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver project commitments.
- Analyze project performance (relative to timelines and dependencies) and implement corrective actions to keep project on track and within budget
- Act as a role model for PM professionalism, critical thinking and setting productivity pace promoting a financial focus with emphasis on business value metrics
- Manage internal and external resources
- Any licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, CSM, PMI, ITIL, PRINCE, SAP, Oracle, MS.
- Would prefer to have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, Project Management, Finance, Business/Administration, Management
- Someone based in UAE is highly preferred, PMI Methodologies, Prince, Business Unite Processes, Best Practice and reporting, Operation & Technology, Cloud services and SW development, ERP, CRM … etc
