:JOB PURPOSE:Supervise and control all Control Room operations including petroleum products receipt, storage, quality andquantity control and distribution of products from terminal to Service stations and Customers according to theinstructions received from the manager ensuring compliance with company HSE policy. Monitor real time stocklevels and follow up with concerned party and Maintain daily stock movement for all products and confirm stockrecords.Job Specific AccountabilitiesSupply Operations Management Supervise all Control Room operations and Supply activities related to issue and receive of all Petroleum products as per quality control and laboratory recommendations. Prepare daily stock statement based on real time tank gauging view panel available in the Control Room and send to concerned party. Monitor KSA-ADNOC’s Emergency Response System and coordinate with HSE Emergency commander as and when required.Supply Operations Monitor real time stock levels and inform Supply Team Leader for further planning and follow up with concerned party. Maintain a daily record of own use filling station receipt & issue meter readings and prepare a monthlystatement of own use filling station position for Department Manager. Coordinate the taking of product Drain /samples from the product storage tanks/Vehicles and the forwarding them to Laboratory for testing and certification. Ensure that Control Room and Stations facilities are in good operating order by performing daily routine checks of all process equipment and facilities. Prepare maintenance work requests and work permits for any repair/maintenance works facilities. Monitor all product movement operations and record all activities in the logbook. Monitor daily level of contaminated products in slope tanks, drain water /sediments; send samples tothe relevant entity for verification. Monitor VRU operations (Product recovery process, Dosing and Fresh Product Top-up) Distribution Administration & Reporting Supervise the reception of all product returned from customers/filling stations after delivery of products. Segregate, cross check and confirm them in the system. Archive/scan all confirmed necessary documents, before forwarding them to Finance. Prepare monthly statement of contractor’s deliveries/ haulage report (products delivered by contractor vehicles) and submit the report to contractor for receive & forward to Supply Team Leader, Department Manager and Division Manager for their review and approval. Maintain inventory on consumable materials, parts, accessories and tools for retail operations and office by requesting replenishment/ prepare requests for new items.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification Technical Diploma in a relevant field.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 6 years of experience in petroleum terminal operations (petroleum product handling knowledge).
