- Ability to Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish independently, including organizing the schedule of work
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors
- Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers
- Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel
- Experience with subcontractor management
