- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for mechanical integrity services.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Evaluate resource requirements and allocate them effectively to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Implement best practices in planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Lead the development of short-term and long-term project schedules.
- Achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the valves department.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Mechanical Integrity operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the Mechanical Integrity department.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the team.
- Timely delivery of accurate and detailed project plans.
- Effective allocation and optimization of resources.
- Regular monitoring of project progress and proactive issue resolution.
- Adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
- Implementation of efficient planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas sector, with a focus on mechanical integrity services.
- Proven experience in a senior planning role
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in power BI would be advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical integrity services in the oil and gas industry.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
