:The Nursing Specialist is responsible for monitoring the implementation of an organization-wide program for nursing quality processes and outcomes improvement efforts. The position holder shall serve as the primary nursing focal point for respective departments to monitor and report nursing performance to Operation & Support Department in consultation with Department Manager.
