:Core skills and experience required:

Working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.

High level of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.

Comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Familiarity with key business processes from order to cash and the related master data requirements.

Additionally, they should have the capability and willingness to familiarize themselves with adjacent systems e.g., Salesforce.com, Hybris and understand the communication between systems in terms of master and transactional data.Scope and Responsibilities· Scope: 4 Channel businesses – BMS, EP, Fire, and Security· Key stakeholders:o Sales + Sales Excellenceo Business Financeo Credit Controlo Channel Operationso ISCo Customer Serviceo Pricing teamo Central Customer Master Data teamo SAP Technical Support teamo Salesforce Technical Support teamo Other project teams depending on ongoing digitalization projects· The Data Stewards primary responsibility will be to coordinate with stakeholders from various business functions and ensure inputs are refreshed for all critical data points relating but not limited to the following master data.o Customer Master [SAP – Buying accounts]§ Customer Account Status§ Customer – Sales Rep Assignment§ Customer Sales Channel§ Customer Payment Terms & Credit Limit§ Customer Sales Tier§ Customer Industry, Customer Class, other classifications as needed§ Key Contacts from ERP perspective – Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Logisticso Customer Price Groupo Salesforce.com Non-buying Customers [Specifiers, Influencers, End users, others]o Salesforce.com Contact database deduplication, data cleansing, and alignment with Sales on key contacts updated on contact profiles [child data from Account object] – as this is an open system for Sales to continuously create new contacts, a strong governance model needs to be established to keep this database in check.· Deduplication exercises are performed using deduplication software/ fuzzy search or match tools/ Excel add-ins.· Continuously improve the data completeness and quality using a rigorous MOS and by driving accountability with the key stakeholders.· Generate weekly progress reports and communicate to the core functional and leadership teams on progress, roadblocks, and escalations.· Develop and implement a HBT META Data governance process, naming data owners, validators, frequency of validation, and escalation matrix for non-compliance.RequirementsDeep knowledge and contacts across HBT business
