- Responsible for business growth of Cloud based HRMS Software.
- Driving revenue through new client acquisitions & up-selling into existing Accounts.
- Driving channel sales through business partners.
- Involved in lead generation, client requirement analysis, solution proposing, negotiation & closure, product training and payment collection.
- Screens potential business deals, identifying client needs and goals, deal requirements and financials; evaluating options; resolving & recommending the appropriate solution.
- Would be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations.
