Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:
  • Meet stiff Sales & collection targets for defined region as set, by exploring new ventures as individual contributor
  • Responsible for business growth of Cloud based HRMS Software.
  • Driving revenue through new client acquisitions & up-selling into existing Accounts.
  • Driving channel sales through business partners.
  • Involved in lead generation, client requirement analysis, solution proposing, negotiation & closure, product training and payment collection.
  • Screens potential business deals, identifying client needs and goals, deal requirements and financials; evaluating options; resolving & recommending the appropriate solution.
  • Would be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations.
