- Responsible for overall camp management.
- Main point of contact of camp residents.
- Allocating and keeping track of bed spaces
- Ensure the general cleanliness and safety of the camp.
- Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.
- Liaison with any responsible staff or department for the needs of the people staying in the camp.
- Report accident/incident of staff to HR/Admin Department for necessary immediate action.
- Inspect and arrange any maintenance within facilities if required.
- Keeping updated record of all staff staying in accommodation.
- Coordinate with the drivers for the transportation of staff.
- Performs related work as required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Labor Camps.
