- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and translating them into strategic HR interventions.
- Drive talent management strategies to support business goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Advise and support leaders on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Design and deliver HR initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee well-being.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to continuously improve HR services and processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a family conglomerate or multinational company.
- Strong understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective HR practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP experience is an advantage
