About the opportunityRole Summary:We're looking for an analyst to join the Talabat team and work with the analytics lead in all data workstreams for strategic, enterprise accounts. This role will be at the cross-roads of customer insights, business performance, operations & end-to-end commercial analytics.What's On Your Plate:Responsible for delivering excellent data support to the talabat regional key accounts team.Ensuring all team members are equipped with deep-dive analysis, automated impactful dashboards and intuitive visualizations to support efficient decision makingTransform big data sets into impactful pieces of analysis that can drive actionSolving problems alongside the portfolio leads, working in lock-step towards the same ambitious goalsIdentifying opportunities for automationDocumentation and proactively maintaining & updating the existing automated solutions based on the business requirement. * Scaling impact of insights and analytics to non regional accounts by standardization & automationWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order:Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or any other quantitative similar field2-4 years of work experience in an analytics role, preferably at a high growth startup or consulting firm.Must have: Advanced skills in SQL/BQ, MS Excel & TableauGood to have: Data Studio, PythonExperience executing and managing deep-dive analysis in a complex settingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working independently, and are reliableOverall acumen in understanding :Business & commercial performanceCustomer insightsMonetisation and marketing analyticsExpectations:We are very dynamic, you need to feel comfortable in fast-changing working environments.You need to be a doer, with very strong problem solving skills.You are open minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the businessA good problem solver with a 'figure it out' growth mindsetA skilled data storyteller, from insight to visualizationAn excellent collaborator, able to navigate a multitude of stakeholdersA strong sense of ownership and accountabilityA 'keep it simple' approach to #makeithappenAble to empathize with stakeholders internally and externally and understand how to leverage our data to improve our their experienceWho we areAs the region's leading local tech organization, we're proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
