- Collect key inputs from departments in the government solutions sector with the aim of developing the sector's strategy.
- Identify potential strategic objectives, objectives and priorities of the sector in consultation with stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining government solutions plans and strategy in line with company strategy to improve and enhance the use and efficiency of platforms, applications and infrastructure services in line with digital strategy
- Develop a road map and plan to implement and maintain platforms and applications in accordance with the digital strategy
- Develop and maintain platform, application and infrastructure lifecycle policies, standards and regulations
- Conduct standard research and comparisons to identify leading practices for infrastructure, platforms and applications
- Perform any other duties or career activities appointed by the direct manager
- Carry out responsibilities in line with the office’s governance framework, policies and procedures
- Comply to the risk management guidelines and quality management standards
- Contribute to the preparation of required reports as per reporting requirements internally within the company and externally where applicable
- Seek and determine new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or approaches to address challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve capabilities and technical skills related to the office’s functional requirements
