- execute the brands strategies, develop a long-term partnership with the customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
- increase distribution by Brands and achieve the MSL(Must Stock List). Gain market share
- increase visibility in the trade and securing our share of shelf in main regular category across all brands,
- develop a Promo calendar that aligned with the brands strategies.
- prepare volume forecast, Route to Market strategy, and develop and implement Annual Business Plans that support business objectives.
