The Research Assistant will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources. Other Responsibilities: •Carry out the procurement of equipment/consumables in accordance with the requirement. •Working closely with the team members, external and internal collaborators. Requirements: •In depth knowledge of food ingredients, formulation and food characterisation. •Candidates who possess knowledge on instrumental analysis will have added advantage •Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team •Positive, analytical, ability to multi-task and possess good interpersonal skills •Proficient in technical competency to produce quality workMinimum QualificationThe candidate is expected to have a PhD in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field, from a reputable University.Preferred Qualification
