Customer Service Officer - Emirati | MAF Entertainment | Global SnowROLE SUMMARY
Supervise the team on the site and ensures the daily operation, maintenance and safety. Ensures highest customer service at all times Location: Dubai and Abu DhabiROLE PROFILE
- Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Global Snow products, promotions and services
- Perform suggestive selling and advise and assist customers with sales and bookings
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Keep your workplace safe, clean and presentable at all times
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager
- Protect their own health, safety and wellbeing and anyone or anything that may be affected by their acts or omissions
- Be available to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Minimum High School Certificate
