:Our Client is currently looking for Inspector – Real Estate to join their facilities team based in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsible for the Initial, final and routine yearly inspections and written reporting to landlords. Covering full property inspection such as Facilities Management oversee, cleanliness, interior/exterior checking, damage reporting, MEP etc. Inspections to be reported to the Facilities Manager, ensuring an effective working relationship with Facilities Manager and the resident and promptly on any significant issues arising from those issues. Tending to any other duties that may arise, or as directed by your immediate managers such as travelling to and from assigned properties for Inspections before & after tenants have both vacated and moved in.
