- Collect data from the business units about manpower needs and conduct analysis to assist in manpower planning.
- Establishing a connections/database for Emiratization proficient in various expertise areas such as IT, legal, audit and Strategy.
- Use the most appropriate sources to obtain the right profiles for the vacancies identified for different departments.
- Administer the process of screening, interviewing, and selecting the right fit resumes and recommend the selection bases on assessments/psychometric.
- Candidate experience (positive experience for all candidate through the recruitment process).
- Run the end-to-end on boarding process and ensure compliance with the processes and requirements for the selected candidates.
- Administer the orientation programs for the new hires in coordination with the TED section to ensure effective on-boarding.
- Support the development and implementation of the nationalization strategy within company.
- Support the line manager in preparing and monitoring the Nationalization plans and KPIs in the company.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
