This team needs to understand what kind of clients came to the app, what their goals are, and with the help of building the right activation path to optimally bring them to the solution of their problem.
Customer Lifecycle is on optimising user onboarding, user engagement, conversion rate optimisation, user education, and data analysis.We expect that you have:

Strong coding ability in Golang;
3+ years or experience as Backend Engineer and 2+ years as a Team/Tech Lead at a fast-growing fintech/e-commerce company;
Profound experience with partner APIs integration and product development;
A passion for writing clean and testable code;
Fluent English level (B2+);
And, of course, you should be proactive, enthusiastic and independent.

In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.For our employees we cover the following:
