: Principal Accountabilities: Evaluates and recommends pre engineering and engineering concepts, designs and development for operation systems and plants. Ensuring Technical integrity and HSE requirements are met cost effectively throughout the development cycle. To supervise Contractor's activities during detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning stages, including review of reports, attending meetings, monitoring of resource levels, monitoring of compliance to DEP's, HSE etc. To maintain proper integration with ZADCO operational, maintenance and HSE philosophies and practices. Participate in the investigation of technical and commercial aspects of project work as related to operation, to maintain proper integration with existing facilities and installations. Performs other and similar duties as assigned. Support ZR Team for commissioning of new projects and performance tests. Organizational Relationships (Work Contacts): Regular contacts at all level with company and contractors’ personnel.
