Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer databases and spreadsheets
Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
Update and maintain electronic records and files
Assist with organizing and archiving data as needed
Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and record-keeping
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals
Assist with other administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with data entry software or databases is a plus
