The Senior Technical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting CRM and Customer Engagement solutions. This pivotal role will lead technical design and development efforts, customize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.Additionally, this role will also coordinate with solution architects to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions aligned with IT standards. This Engineer will formulate integration strategies, oversee software engineering teams, and advocate for automation and lean principles in software development processes.About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CRM systems. Preferred candidates will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in the airline industry and multicultural environments. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot, along with strong programming skills (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript) is essential.Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate core competencies including customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, personal accountability, resilience, and flexibility.
