:JOB PURPOSE:Manage the PMO and IT Portfolio Management services for ITD. The position will act as Single Point Focal for managing ITD project’s and reporting to ITD management. The position will require managing projects and driving IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Maturity of ITD. IT Project Portfolio Manager will also conduct research and analysis on various PPM solutions, support implementation, support identifying the right tools/apps to implement PPM governance, and establish “single window of truth” in project/program/portfolio level status reporting.Portfolio Management Manage IT Division portfolio of programs / projects ensuring delivery and effectiveness. Prioritize IT project portfolio in terms of criticality and priority based on identified scoring parameters Drive ITD team to deliver the projects driven from strategic initiatives Develop and implement investment control pipelines and stage gates in coordination with senior management Develop and implement benefit management in coordination with senior management Provide required tools to manage ITD demand and capacity planning Participate in Demand Management Screening process Provide support on developing skill registers for the ITD project managersPMO Governance and Management Define project management policies, processes, deliverables and tool framework for standardizeddelivery and program governance maturity Set-up and run Program Management Office (PMO) for managing project progress and reporting status Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of projects including project reporting, scope management,issue tracking, escalation and resolution Continually develop skills around ‘best or leading’ practices of project management and promoterelevant certifications and trainings for self and across IT teams Ensures proper implementation of Company’s IT plans and that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished on time and on budge Direct and coach ITD team leaders/specialists who are managing ITD projects to ensure quality of deliverables, adherence to PMO processes, and track the project team’s achievement of project goals Provide required support to ITD to establish and operate change management board Review ITD project progress with team leaders/ specialists who represent as PMs by managing projects for ITD Prepare ITD projects status reports for management and required project board Implement escalation of critical issues in the project to the management for required support based onapproved project escalation process from the management Provide required support for the IT risk control and managementPortfolio/Program/Project Maturity Management Initiate PPM maturity assessment after agreed period with management Create maturity assessment criteria and evaluation framework for assessing the maturity of IT projects in terms of process adherence, documentation control, cost/benefit variance analysis etc. Implement suggested improvements in PMO and portfolio functions in coordination with the management to drive organizational PPM maturity to the set target Digital PPM Implement enterprise PPM tools in coordination with procurement and ITD management which shall digitize the PMO and Portfolio management functions of the organization Implement Agile and Waterfall methods on portfolio management to monitor and control Agile and Waterfall projects of the organization Provide real-time view of the portfolio to senior management and required decision makersRequirementsMinimum Qualification Bachelor Degree in IT or Business Management with experience, knowledge and skills to manage, monitor and control ITD projects such as Forecourt Automation, Business Solutions, Digital Solutions, Infrastructure and Networking, Database Management, ITD Security etc.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as role of managing ITD projects and preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.PPM Related skills : PM Methodologies PM Governance Stakeholder Management Communication Management Risk Management Quality Management Resource Management Integration Management Scope Management Project Budget Management Schedule Management Strategic Alignment PPM Waterfall Frameworks PPPM Tools Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Domain Specific skills: Forecourt Automation Technologies Petroleum Retail Automation and Management Solutions Convenience Stores Management Solutions Fuel Logistics Monitoring Solutions CRM and Customer Loyalty Payment Solutions Procurement and Contracts Management Aviation Automation Solutions Enterprise Resource Planning Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging).Professional Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
