Job Description:Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading Chinese technology companies in the world, seeking a Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist for their regional HQ office in Dubai, UAE. This role will spearhead the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Marketing Communication Strategy Planning:- Translate business needs into compelling marcom strategies.- Develop campaigns, PR, social media, and budgeting strategies.- Precisely understand the business mechanism.Campaign Planning and Execution:- Comprehend company products & solutions value.- Brainstorm with the team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.- Plan and execute offline and online activities including seminars, summits, roadshows, and exhibitions.Social Media & Content Management:- Plan and create local content such as news, videos, posters, and brochures.- Manage content publication and user engagement in Hikvision’s own community APP.- Execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.Materials & Vendor Management:- Maintain relationships with agencies and vendors for promotional events.- Supervise design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional materials.Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze marketing data and produce reflective post-campaign and social media reports.- Help shape future marketing strategies based on insights gathered.Internal Marketing and Additional Responsibilities:- Promote company products & solutions value internally.- Launch internal programs to enhance employee engagement in marketing campaigns.- Assume employee care-related tasks and other assigned responsibilities.Requirements- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communication.- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Chinese and Arabic is essential.- Comprehensive understanding of marketing elements encompassing both traditional and digital strategies.- Demonstrated ability in designing, organizing, and executing events.- Possess a non-linear thinking approach with robust deductive and inferential logic.- Capable of navigating through ambiguities and utilizing resources effectively within a matrixed organization.- Highly organized, proactive, and persistent with strong multitasking and time management abilities.- Responsible and self-driven, capable of independently leading projects to successful outcomes.- Competitive mindset with a track record of efficiently achieving targets.- Proficient in commonly used office tools such as MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.- Experience with design software like Photoshop, AI, and video editing tools is advantageous.- Willingness to travel within MEA countries.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
