Greet visitors to the showroom, giving directions, answering questions, providing informational materials, general application or admission forms, etc.
Answer phone system or switchboard, relaying calls, answering questions, taking messages, and making appointments. May place calls as requested.
Perform light typing duties, the subject material of which may vary from correspondence and reports to form letters, record cards and list maintenance.
Prepare and/or maintain files of some type of records or folders such as job applications, general information materials, etc.
Communicate to the Showroom Supervisor any problems encountered in the performance of the entrusted duties.
