Review Organization structure, Job Family, Job evaluation and Job Descriptions.a. Review Organization Structure (Functional and Positional)b. Develop and update Job Descriptions for DPM including Municipalitiesc. Job Evaluationd. Job Gradinge. Job Familiesf. Design HR Operating Model3. Propose new policies, procedures based on Abu Dhabi HR law for all HR activities.a. Create HR policies in various HR activities such as Recruitment, Learning and development, Performance management, Employees Relation and Organization development, compensation and benefits, etc which should be as per Abu Dhabi HR Lawb. Create and develop new forms templates, Unify templates and update the existing templates based on policies that will be created and current policies.4. Develop new HR SOP’S for all HR activitiesa. Creating Detailed SOP’s for all HR activities based on HR policies, Procedures and processes5. Automate all HR procedures and processes:a. Create and support in “SRS (system Requirements Specifications)” for all HR processes6. Develop Competency (behavioral and Technical) Dictionary.a. Behavioral competencies for all DPM including municipalitiesb. Technical competencies for all DPM including municipalities10. Career Path for employees:a. Develop Career Ladder and Succession planning frameworkb. Create Career path for each positionc. Identify critical jobs and develop succession plans11. Assessment Center:a. 12. Assessment Center and Assess potential leaders (500 employees)b. 13. Assessment Center for high flyers and Develop Special Database and development program for highflyers (talented Employees).c. Design a development program for top talent12. Develop Manpower Plan for all DPM including Municipalities13. Develop Recruitment Plan for all DPM including Municipalities14. Develop Training and development plan for all DPM including Municipalities15. Any other tasks requested by management.
