Job Description:· Manage all customer communications, interactions, transactions and complaint management as per approved SLAs and KPIs, by using systems and technologies assigned.· Make Outgoing phone calls to customers related to their service requests raised for the community management· Organize community management documentation (service provider reports, performance reports, community statutory requirements)· Prepare operational PowerPoint presentations, charts/graphs, spreadsheets and reports.· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to community management.· Provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate departmentsRequirementsCandidate should have minimum one year experience in office administration role in UAE preferably in Real Estate/Property Industry, proficient in MS Office (word, excel and powerpoint) plus knowledge of CRM would be an advantageBenefitsVisa and medical insurance for the duration of contract
