Instructional Designer- Freelancer Role

• Conduct needs analysis by identifying the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences

• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

• Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs

• Develop scripts and storyboard e learning content and instructional videos

• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

• Create evaluation tools, organize focus groups, and conduct evaluation surveys, monitor and review ROI of e learning

• Work with the production team to produce learning content

• Review and ensure that quality are met as per the defined standards and style guides

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop

• Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Rise360
