:SupervisionPlan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectivesTrain and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on thejob and deliver the respective section objectivesPolicies, Processes, Systems, Procedures, and ControlsImplement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order tosupport execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and Internationalstandards-Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulationsBudgets- Provide input for preparation of the Department budgets and assist in the implementation of theapproved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives-Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and costcontrolPerformance Management-Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section in linewith the Company Performance frameworkInnovation and Continuous Improvement-Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency ofoperational processes-Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiencyin line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the functionHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Sustainability-Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation andsustain ability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code ofPracticesReports-Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for GASCO Management-Develop financial technical reports on special, critical maintenance and equipment failurerspecific Accountabilities-Provide technical support and supervision in the field for the execution of critical maintenanceactivities of the equipments and ensure that the problems are resolved with minimum down time-Guide and monitor the team to comply with the company's Maintenance & Inspection policy, ISOprocedures, and energy management guidelines. Develop appropriate procedures to be followedby the team.-Evaluate, allocate & arrange the manpower requirements for daily preventive, break down andshutdown maintenance plans.-Assess the workload, backlog and the work plan through the effective use of CMMS andcoordinate with relevant sections to complete the work plan. Also to monitor and arrange theresources for the effective compliance to the agreed work plan.-Monitor and control the spares inventory in coordination with supply chain division by analysingthe stock level, criticality of the spare/equipment and rate of consumption.-Ensure the quality of data entered by the maintenance team in the MAXIMO and analyse thisdata to optimize the maintenance activities, take note of repeated failures and provide technicalsolutions.
