- Initiate the integration of Salesforce with various marketing tools and platforms to streamline data management and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Champion the Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems, such as Websites, social media, WhatsApp and marketing automation tools.
- Led the creation and Optimization of the SF Marketing Cloud module to enhance touch points and communication templates on the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and lead-scoring techniques to identify high-value leads and prioritize follow-up activities.
- Setting up & Leading the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to design and launch new website features, pages, and functionality.
- Own the implementation and customization of CMS to support content creation, personalization, and optimization efforts.
- Lead the inaugurate training and development for internal teams on CMS, CRM and marketing tools best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient content management processes.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that website layouts, email templates, and other digital assets adhere to the latest UI and UX trends.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in UI/UX design, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Create, Implement and Conduct regular usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in user experience across digital channels.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the direct line reporting Director/managers/ supervisors.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the region
- Marketing experience is required.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, Content Management System (CMS), and other relevant marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience in the Education sector is preferred.
- Effective analytic and quantitative skills and ability to use data to develop and measure planning and programming strategies.
- Agency experience is preferred
- Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is preferable.
- Passion for Marketing.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
