- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks in the office
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes as necessary
- Manage work space, computers as well as supplies
- Maintain office files
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system through proper record keeping
- Maintain office equipment
- Plan and coordinate events as well as meetings
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
- University Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related area of study
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Must have good English-language skills
- Must be familiar with accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Strong time manager with respect for deadlines
- Good communication skills required
