- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and finalize contracts, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address concerns and facilitate smooth operations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
- Explore and enter new geographical markets or segments to diversify the client portfolio.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for business development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the catering industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
