quantities at the right time to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESSuccessfully completing all Demand and Supply Planning activities for a Category in an omni-channel environment (Retail and Ecommerce) to ensure stock availability.Develop collaboration with Category Management Team and Brands by giving visibility of the forecast and sharing KPI (On Shelf availability, Forecast Accuracy, Stock Cover)Manage inventory to ensure replenishment activity related issues are resolved proactively and collaborate with other cross-functional stakeholders such as Logistics, Category Management, Commercial team and Master DataDemand Planning: Regional omni-channel scopeValidate and adjust proposed baseline forecast within the Planning SystemManage Animation & Newness forecasts for all brands for both Retail and Ecommerce:Initialization with Data from Offer or Stores TeamsForecast adjustment based on the initial sales both in stores and onlinePrepare in monthly cross-department collaboration meetings with analysis:Forecast MeetingsLaunches ReviewStock MeetingsSupplier evaluation meetings (any key callouts on KPIs/performance)Ensures the overall forecast is consistent with historical sales of products, trend, and planned events (Operations, Media Campaigns, Ramadan etc.) and considers the impact of product cannibalization, defined in collaboration with CatmanAnalyze of Forecast Accuracy, monitoring and communicating internally any concerns and managing appropriate corrective actionsConduct analysis on Out-of-stock instances after analyzing reports as part of order check and adjustment process that is carried out weeklySupport the development and evolution of all Forecasting processes and systemsFollow the processes implemented for the Demand planning scopeBuild strong relationship with internal Category Merchandising Team and external Brand Teams for all interrelated activitiesAnalyze reports for over and under forecasting for novelty products, review and analyze the updated plan with Catman and address forecast adjustmentsSupply Planning & Purchasing: Lead the regional replenishment of Retail and E-store assortmentEnsure optimal product availability on shelves in all stores through replenishment order calculations with the replenishment toolManage the purchasing plan through optimum use of the Planning system (Leadtime, frequency of orders, safety stock)Calculate stock rebalancing needs between stores through optimum use of parameters (Excess stock, cover stock)Manage In & outbound Orders for the brands managed through the warehouseApply stock policy per brand/per ABC/per countrySupport Logistics Team (KSA and Dubai team) with the purchase order process, validating and advising urgent ordersOptimize stock returns & transfer opportunities between all Stores: Identify overstock and propose action plan to Category Management and Negotiation teamEnsure stock availability during roll out of new brand/stores with right opening order quantity and effectively managing transfers within the network.Collaborate with Regulatory Team to ensure products are in line with regulations & compliance for all MarketsCommunicate with KSA Head office Supply Chain Team to support their local KSA activitiesShare Purchasing plan with defined suppliers after validation with Category ManagementTrack the supplier Fill Rate to alert Category Managers and challenge the brands during meetingsCarry out stock management and transfer activities as per the defined processReporting, System Improvement, Stock balancing, and AnalysisKPI’s: In-Stock, Days of Inventory, Supplier Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Value, Brand Analysis etc.Prepare action plans with Category-Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes to secure a good stock qualityPrepare Supply Chain reports to support brand negotiations by the Category Merchandising TeamParticipate and prepare with Category management meetings with brandsContribute to key projects or process improvement related to Supply ChainSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITYMinimum 5 years in Demand, Supply & Inventory Planning experience requiredExperience in utilizing ERP systems (SAP preferred)Expert at utilizing & developing good statistical models and forecasting softwareStrong Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Reporting system skills (Power BI)Analytical mind and problem-solving attitudeOutstanding organizational ability & flexibilityCollaborative and team-oriented spiritMost
