:To lead a contractor team to execute workshop jobs such as fabrication, weldingand machine shops & Valve Shops as maintenance back up to achieve smoothoperation of plant by means of underlying scheduling process, standard proceduresand optimizing utilization of physical resources. More importantly the roles ensurereadiness of shop equipment, manpower skill, spares and material acquisition to suitthe purpose so as to uninterrupted shop services are provided to the operation andplant availability.
