Risk Management Specialist - Legal Affairs Specialist(UAE NATIONALITY)

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing and evaluating and categorizing the current and potential risks .

• Participates in reviewing and re-assessing the Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures; supporting the creation of new recommendations to develop and improve them in line with the best practices and international standards.

• Responsible for reviewing and preparing reports in relation to the ERM in order to clearly assess the risks and minimize it.

• Responsible for effectively communicating with our internal stakeholders across the organization as well as our external stakeholders.

• Responsible for establishing risk management action plans and procedures according to the risk assessment findings.

• Participates in evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of the ERM processes (performance management) in order to ensure continuous improvement in the ERM initiatives.

• Effectively to address areas of risk with efforts to mitigate such risks to the possible extent allowed by the regulations and laws.

• Draft, review, negotiate, amend and finalize all standard and non-standard documentation used, and the proper execution of each and any contract signed and flag any discrepancies, disputes in due course for proper legal assessment before proceeding with any action and in coordination with all relevant departments; ensure that all agreements are duly amended in line with the development and progress to safeguard the interests of the company
