- Handle back-office operations provide secretarial support to all the staff
- Provide excellent administrative support in the office
- Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for all correspondence, reports and reference material
- Provide secretarial support organizing meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes etc
- Ensure the office diary is well managed
- Maintain confidential documents and files
- Respond to phone call and coordinate meetings
- Organize correspondences and follow up on pending matters
- Perform any other duties as requested
- Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or the equivalent
- Must have proven experience in the same field
- Exceptional computer knowledge required
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Ability to multi-task and maturity to handle a range of situations
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English required
