Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.About the roleComplete all food production activities as per the Production Procedures and Supervisor instructions.Offloading of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and their storage.Loading of goods to Blast Freezer and unloading of frozen products from Blast Freezer, packing of frozen/chilled goods and moving the packed goods to Cold store.Portioning of Chilled/Frozen Poultry, Beef and Lamb into portions.To daily clean production floor, drainage lines, utensils and equipment's.Complete production task effectively with in the given period and based on production orders.Willingness to work in day and night shifts flexible schedule and for extended hours (overtime)Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.Willing to work in cold environment Cold store (-18 Degree Centigrade), Chiller (5 Degree Centigrade), Processing area (15 Degree Centigrade)Perform any other assignments as required by the Shift In-charge or Production Supervisor.
