• Solid experience in conducting economic and financial analysis for evaluation of transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in feasibility studies preferred.
• Highly competent in applying economic evaluation techniques and fully familiar with various common methods and software tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering or economics.
• Master's degree in associated field.
• At least 10+ years experience in the transport/infrastructure field.
