- Provide financial advice, including mortgage options, payment plans, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers for smooth financing.
- Negotiate favorable terms between buyers and developers and facilitate off-plan property transactions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for off-plan properties using online and offline channels.
- Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics related to off-plan properties.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for knowledge enhancement and networking.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the property purchasing process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly for a positive customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
