About the opportunityWhat's On Your Plate?Supervise the operation to ensure food safety practices are in place.Oversee the application, orientation, and training of new kitchen team members.Supervise KOT's and dispatch high loads of orders while communicating with riders and vendors.Supervise customers complaints and communicate with the restaurant support team to resolve orders issues.Conduct daily audits & checklists in collaboration with the kitchen manager and other kitchen team members.Supervise rider's behaviour and communicate with logistics team to resolve issues.Monitor efficiency in order dispatch, order quality and packaging standards.What Did We Order?Must have2+ years in Kitchen managementFamiliarity with a broad range of kitchen equipment and general facilities managementMicrosoft Office: Word, Excel,Strong communication skills.Open to feedback and personal and professional improvementDemonstrates punctuality, reliability, and sound judgementAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveEmerging expertise in cloud kitchensQualifications/certificationsHAACP certificationQC food safety training or degree preferredWho we areAs the region's leading local tech organization, we're proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
