Plan, organize, and execute Angel activities, such as Angel monthly calls, online team buildings, webinars, and workshops
Propose improvement plans on the Angel Program and related processes.
Grow the Angel community by helping with new Angel hiring
Increase brand awareness of the Binance Angel Program in fun, creative, and informative ways
Support Angel escalations and provide community feedback to internal teams
Maintain the Angel database and Angel Program related resources
Manage Angel Program administration, including but not limited to reimbursements, swag distributions, and travel booking
Explore ways to better engage with the Angels and make sure that their questions and needs are properly addressed

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing volunteer programs and/or community programs (ideally a crypto community program)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Project management and administration experience is advantageous
Have a solid understanding of the Binance ecosystem and the general crypto market
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Native-level or fluent English
International background and the ability to speak other languages are advantageous
