Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services with clients, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.Requirements:Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales representative.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
